Offering integrated financial services, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) deals, Initial Public Offering (IPO) transactions, private placement offerings, and other financial services.
The Investment Banking team is responsible to carry out the implementation of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) deals and capital increase transactions for companies through offering the following services:
- Defining the investment opportunity, the expected Return on Investment, and the exit strategy.
- Preparing the analytical and market studies to evaluate the investment opportunity in terms of the expected return and risk.
- Preparing the valuation reports and providing the proposals and recommendations.
- Executing the investment deals transactions through the securities companies.
- Offering IPO and private placement services.
- Offering the advisory services and organizing all the financial and risk management issues.
