• Amid a group of multinational companies, banks, and governmental institutions, the project is located in Smart Village on Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road.
• The project is an administrative building comprised of ground plus six typical floors with a total area of 12,500 sqm. The project is designed to provide different dimensions of open spaces to satisfy all customer needs. The building is divided (separated by vertical architectural design) into two separate buildings with administrative areas of approximately 6,250 sqm per building as well as main entrance and parking entrance for each building.
• The project includes three basements allocated for parking on a huge area of approximately 9,000 sqm, divided equally for each building.
