• Emerald Twin-Plaza Commercial and Administrative Center was constructed on a total area of c. 19,500 sqm at the entrance of the first settlement in New Cairo and the vicinity of Nasr City district.

• The mall is comprised of a basement, lower ground floor (for hypermarket), upper ground floor (for open restaurants and coffeeshops), and two typical floors for retail and administrative areas.

• The lower ground floor is leased by the leading hypermarket chain in the Gulf area “LuLu” Hypermarkets, who signed a long-term contract with the company, along with a number of major banks such as CIB, QNB, Banque du Caire, Arab Bank, and National Bank of Egypt in addition to several globally well-recognized coffeeshops and restaurants. The company plans to further expand this field by acquiring and developing similar business models.
